E&P was established in 2020 with a mission to provide fresh, supportive perspectives to our clients.

Our founding partners - Achenyo Alfa, Ese Ofeimun, and Grace Kalu - have backgrounds spanning oil and gas, law, communications, real estate, sales, administration, operations, planning, and investor/regulatory relations.

Our Founder

Achenyo Alfa

Founder, Lead Partner and Principal Consultant

Committed to making a difference, Achenyo is enthusiastic about supporting startups, for-profit organisations, and civil society organisations by providing tailored solutions to foster their growth and impact, hence the birth of E&P.

Her career began in 2009 at Ace Manpower Services, and in 2010 she joined Duport Marine Services, where she rose to become Head of Legal and Corporate Services at DuPort Marine Limited in 2015.

Notable achievements include facilitating a substantial private equity investment and spearheading the registration and acquisition of exploration licenses in Kogi State. She also serves as Ambassador for Nexford University.

Her energy, unique approach, and commitment to delivering bespoke, comprehensive and sustainable solutions across different facets of business make her a driving force at E&P.
